Adaptive Riding

Adaptive Riding is horseback riding and horsemanship lessons adapted for each individual’s ability. This activity utilizes mounted and unmounted activities to provide a unique combination of physical and emotional benefits. Lessons are lead by a therapist and team of equine specialists to help reach client specific goals.

Many participants expressed their nervousness at the beginning, but by the end, everyone seemed happier and more confident. They spoke about how excited they were to come back next time! Everyone had a couple of favorite horses they couldn’t wait to see again!
